Please read these terms carefully before using the platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
Parties to the Agreement
These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the kl999 platform and its users. By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
Age & Eligibility Requirements
kl999 services are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. By registering, you acknowledge that:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- Online gaming is not legally prohibited in the area where you reside.
- You are opening the account in your own name and on your own initiative.
- All information you have provided is accurate and up to date.
Providing false information will result in immediate account closure, and any balance may be forfeited.
Right to Amend Terms
kl999 reserves the right to modify these terms, in part or in full, at any time. Changes will be published on this page and, where applicable, users will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Registration & Management
One Account Per Person
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same person, the additional accounts will be closed and any funds deposited or bonuses earned in those accounts may be cancelled.
Identity Verification
kl999 may request identity verification at any time. This may include:
- A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
- Proof of current address.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification is not completed.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected]. Sharing your password or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
3. Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
kl999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Users must use a payment account registered in their own name.
Minimum Limits
The following limits apply to all payment methods:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
- Withdrawal processing time: typically within 5 to 30 minutes.
No additional charges apply to deposits. The mobile banking operator's own charges may apply at the time of withdrawal.
Third-Party Payments Prohibited
Depositing or withdrawing on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. If such transactions are detected, they will be cancelled and the associated account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳8,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
Only the original deposit portion is withdrawable before the wagering requirement is met. If the wagering requirement is cancelled after bonus activation, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposing bets, or exploiting any systematic loophole is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated bonuses and winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
5. VIP Program & Cashback
VIP Tiers
The kl999 VIP program has four tiers, each with a weekly cashback rate:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Tier Progression & Cashback Payment
Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. Cashback is calculated based on net losses and is generally credited to the account each week. kl999 reserves the right to modify VIP terms — any changes will be communicated in advance.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
Bet Confirmation
Once a bet has been successfully placed, the system will display a confirmation message. No bet will be considered valid until a confirmation message is received. Incomplete bets caused by technical issues will be automatically cancelled and the stake will be refunded.
Result Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or match, you must notify us at [email protected] within 72 hours of the event result being published. No claims will be accepted after this period. System logs will be treated as the final evidence.
Technical Errors
kl999 is not liable for odds, balances, or winnings displayed incorrectly due to software or hardware errors. In such cases, kl999 reserves the right to cancel transactions and determine the correct amounts.
7. Prohibited Activities & Fraud
Strictly Prohibited
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kl999 platform:
- Any attempt at fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
- Depositing funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
- Threatening or harassing other users.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities for personal gain.
- Using false identities or documents.
Any violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.
8. Responsible Gaming & Self-Regulation
Limit-Setting Features

Self-Exclusion
Any member may choose to close their account for a set period or permanently (self-exclusion). This request can be sent to [email protected]. Any attempt to open a new account while self-exclusion is active will be blocked immediately.

kl999 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen circumstances. kl999 is not obligated to provide financial compensation for such interruptions.
Gambling Risk
Online gaming and betting is entertainment that carries financial risk. Members participate voluntarily and with full awareness. kl999 will not compensate for funds lost. Only play with money that you can afford to lose without affecting your daily life.
12. Account Closure & Termination
Closure at User's Request
To close your account at any time, email [email protected]. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Any pending bonus conditions that have not been met will be cancelled.

kl999 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in cases of serious breach of terms, evidence of fraud, or suspicion of money laundering. Details regarding any forfeited balance will be communicated separately.
